I am passionate about all sports and as a hockey player in the ladies National Premier League in England for the past 10 years, I am interested in helping people develop physical activity as part of their lifestyle and finding activities they will continue to participate and thrive in.

I develop sessions that are enjoyable whilst also considering my client's current level as well as their motivational needs. I’m results driven in all aspects of my life and will work with you to understand your personal requirements and support you to achieve your fitness goals.

– Sports Science & Exercise Degree
– Level 3 Premier Global Diploma in personal training
– Level 4 Strength & Conditioning
– Level 1 & 2 Hatton Boxing For Fitness
